The morning of my shoot, I woke with severe allergies that had one of my eyes almost swollen shut and red. I wondered if I should reschedule my shoot but I trusted Carmen and her ability to deliver beautiful photos despite of the allergies spreading across my face. Carmen did not disappoint and she delivered beautiful photos! She was really creative and resourceful with her posing and lighting, as well as she was able to fix my eye with a little photoshop. I will always cherish and remember these maternity photos and I am glad I went through with it.

Schon verschiedentlich haben wir die eindrücklichen Landschaften um Banff, Lake Louise und Jasper bewundern dürfen. Was gibt es also noch Neues? Wir nahmen die Gelegenheit wahr, mit Carmen MacLeod als Reisecoach diese Orte nochmals zu besuchen. Das, was wir jetzt erleben durften, verdanken wir der Ortskenntnis und der Fachkenntnis von Carmen. Das Coaching hat uns geholfen, künftig noch bessere und kreativere Fotos zu schiessen.
Nicht nur was Kamerafunktionen betrifft, auch über die Bildkomposition (Raumaufteilung, Vordergrund, Perspektive, Bildvariationen) lernten wir das "Fotographieren" auf eine ganz
neue und eindrückliche Art kennen.
Das Ergebnis hat uns überrascht. Bekannte Orte haben wir in einem ganz neuen Licht kennengelernt und eindrückliche Bildern nach Hause gebracht.

ich möchte mich noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken für den wunderbaren Tag in den Rockies!
Nachdem ich schon lange ein Fan Deiner Seite swissclick-photography bin hatte ich vor meiner Kanada-Reise einfach mal angefragt ob Du auch Coachings/private Touren anbietest. Nach wochenlanger Vorfreude hat der Tag meine Erwartungen dann noch übertroffen!
Durch Deine witzige, herzliche Art hatte ich das Gefühl das wir uns schon länger kennen und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt.
Du hast mir so viele tolle Locations gezeigt und sehr viele Tips gegeben und mir Deine Art der Fotografie erklärt. Auf die nicht ganz optimalen Wetterbedingungen hast Du einfach mit spontanen Planänderungen reagiert und somit immer das Bestmögliche rausgeholt.
Als Extra-Highlight gab es dann noch ein paar Bilder von mir in Deinem Bildstil, somit hängt dieser unvergessliche Tag jetzt auch hier zu Hause an meiner Wand 🙂
Ich kann es wirklich jedem Natur- und Fotointeressierten wärmstens empfehlen eine Tour mit Dir zu buchen!

I am so incredibly pleased with the work of Carmen & Robin for my Banff winter wedding photos, they where absolutely Fabulous. They were both super excited, on time and the energy they brought made the shoot so fun, even though it was freezing cold that day we all had smiles on our faces.
Right from first contact Carmen was very receptive to all my ideas, even printing them off to make sure I got every shot I wanted because as we all know on your wedding day it can be hectic and some ideas can be forgotten. Carmen snapped pictures of myself and my mom on our legacy trip as she gave us a tour of the local places that would have been missed by a visitor to the area. I did a boudoir photo session with Carmen to gift a book with the photos to my fiancé on our wedding day.
I was nervous but Carmen immediately made me feel comfortable.

Carmen is a true professional and you will not be disappointed with her photos. I wanted a beautiful and memorable location for some special family pictures and she knew just the spots to take us. Not only did she present me with location options, she ensured photos were taken at the optimal time of day (no squinting, no shadows etc.), made suggestions to keep things easy with the kids, and gave us an idea of the colouring of the scenery at shoot location so we were dressed to be picture ready. When I received our pictures I could not believe how beautiful they turned out, taking pictures as a family of five is no easy task, and Carmen exceeded what I could have hoped for from our session. Carmen's photos immediately captured my eye when I joined instagram years ago. I didn't want to have yet another social media platform. I created a profile for my business as suggested to me. And then, immediately, I became very distracted! So much for business, Carmen's beautiful visual photo captures of Alberta led me to purchase a print from her! I needed to have one of those photos in my house!I had the print blown up and from my living room couch I would sit and imagine myself being right in the mountains. Recently my vision became a reality. I travelled to Alberta and met Carmen in person! She was enthusiastic, hysterical and super accommodating. She took care of my son and I and made sure we visited popular places and saw popular sites and took a lot of unique and traditional photos for us!
